That Councillor Tim Grogan be elected as Chair for the duration of the meeting.

Application for grant of a Premises Licence - Tunny Club, 1 East Sandgate, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 1PE
The Corporate Director – Environment sought the determination by the Sub-Committee of an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Tunny Club, 1 East Sandgate, Scarborough North Yorkshire YO11 1PE
The options available to the Sub-Committee were:
· To grant the licence as applied for (subject to any conditions consistent with the applicant’s operating schedule) · To grant the licence subject to any additional conditions that Members consider appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives: or · To reject the whole or part of the application
Decision
To GRANT the premises licence on the terms applied for, with no further conditions imposed.
